About Me
I don’t coach something I don’t live. Right now, I’m sitting under 10% body fat, but not long ago in my mid 30s, I thought I was in great shape at 15% sitting at around 205 to 210 pounds. From the outside, most people would’ve agreed, I was in good shape. But I personally knew there was another level. That shift, from thinking you’re in shape to actually being dialed in changed everything for me. It forced me to focus on the details, build real structure, and raise my standard across the board. That’s what One Percent Fitness is built on. Leading by example. Training with intention, staying consistent when it’s inconvenient, and prioritizing the habits that actually move the needle. The One Percent Program isn’t to just look good for a vacation. It’s for the long haul. It’s for longevity. It’s to live with vitality. It’s to see your kids kids have kids.
When you work with me, you’re not getting guesswork or recycled programs. Or a trainer who doesn’t look like they should be one. Or one that knows everything, but doesn’t know how to live it themselves. You’re getting a system I follow myself, built around setting strength training as the foundation, cardio to improve heart and brain health, nutrition for body composition, accountability for consistency, and recovery for performance and adherence.
